Herbs and Fruits: A Natural Way to Eat
How did early man survive and maintain his health? There were no hospitals then, no doctors, no emergency rooms for a toothache and certainly no wonder drugs. So how did they stay well? Perhaps their survival depended on Mother Nature, as expressed in Her herbs and plants, fruits, roots, and barks. Today, those very medications and miracle drugs you take are simply derivatives of the same herbs, barks, and roots that Mother Nature still provides in abundance. The herbs and their uses that I'm about to share with you can be studied more fully in two excellent books: Philosophy of Divine Nutrition, by Rev. Donald Thomas, and Back to Eden, by Jethro Kloss. The following herbs and fruits are healthy, nontoxic, and surprisingly, are often found on your kitchen shelf—however, when introducing a new herbal remedy into your diet it is always wise to consult an experienced nutritionist or herbalist.

Natural Foods
NUMEROLOGY NUMBER 1 PERSON
For those born on the 1st, 10th, 19th, or 28th, the following herbs and fruits are good: bay leaves, oranges, lemons, apples, figs, raisins, grapefruit, barley, borage, ginger, chamomile, nutmeg, spinach, cloves, and honey. Avoid oily, fatty foods whenever possible.
NUMEROLOGY NUMBER 2 PERSON
If you were born on the 2nd, 11th, 20th, or 2#th, the following foods are for you: lettuce, plenty of fresh water, melons of all kinds, cucumbers, cabbage, asparagus, prunes, okra, carrots, apples, turnips, kale, lemons, cauliflower, strawberries, linseed, endive. Avoid hot, spicy foods in your diet.
NUMEROLOGY NUMBER 3 PERSON
Born on the 3rd, 12th, 21st, or 30th, include some of the following in your diet: borage, cherries, parsnips, grapes, sage, parsley, peaches, celery, beets, nutmeg, comfrey, saffron, olives, rhubarb, almonds, mint, hazelnuts, and wheat products of all kinds. Avoid overstrained nerves and overwork.

Born on the 4th, 13th, 22nd, or 31st, the following are for you: Solomon's seal, coconut, wintergreen, pilewort, romaine, lima beans, bananas, okra, lentils, marigold, spinach, and medlars. Your state of mind is your best medicine. You tend to be receptive to cures administered through the use of electrical treatments, hypnosis, and mental suggestion. Avoid highly seasoned foods.

If you were born on the 5th, 14th, or 23rd, include the following for a natural balance: carrots, nuts of all kinds, parsnips, cloves, mace, hops, ginseng, peas, parsley, oats in all forms, thyme, caraway seeds, apricots, hyssop, string beans, rye products in all forms, cherries, buckwheat, and cranberries. Rest and relaxation is your best medicine. Get plenty of sleep.
NUMEROLOGY NUMBER 6 PERSON
Those born on the 6th, 15th, or 24th should include the following in their diet: beans of all kinds, rose leaves, pears, apricots, almonds, cherries, dates, raspberries, melons, radishes, brussels sprouts, squash, walnuts, vervain, and limes. Avoid rich, fattening foods.
NUMEROLOGY NUMBER 7 PERSON
Born on the 7th, 16th, or 25th, you should include: plenty of fresh water, fruit juices of all kinds, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, celery, chicory, hops, sorrel, endive, oats, honey, prunes, pineapples, dates, onions, watercress, and linseed. Avoid repressed emotions and moods.

If you were born on the 8th, 17th, or 26th, select the following for your diet: spinach, angelica, wild carrots,
celery, marshmallow, Solomon's seal, turnips, savory, figs, blessed (holy) thistle, psyllium seeds, dates, and ragwort. Try to have one meatless meal per week. Avoid feelings of intense loneliness.

Born on the 9th, 18th, or 27th, take the following: garlic, peppers, onions, radishes, tomatoes, nettle juice, hops, rhubarb, leeks, danewort, apricots, apples, eggplant, mustard greens, mustard, and relish. Avoid rich foods and watch alcohol consumption.
